Hardware New 3DS XL dead after camera replacement

Hi,

I replaced the cam because it was Broken. Before the ds did only Start in recovery mode or normal, with disconnected cam cable.

After the replacement it does nothing. No popping Sound, no blue light, no flashing screen.

Any suggestins? Battery is ok, works with other ds.
