Hi GBATemp. I have some questions relating the JAP N3DS.

Can it be set to english?

Can it play European (UK specifically) games?

Is there any place where I can order an Australian import to ship to Germany?

If I buy an AU new 3ds, can I play european games?

it's region locked, if you buy a jap 3ds you must purchase jap games...
as for the language, i think you can change it
