New 3DS loose connection on top screen

So I'm having this problem with my new 3DS. The top screen even though I can see the backlight it stays black.

If I press firmly on the sides of the 3DS the screen turns on.

If I move the system even slightly it looses the connection and the screen turns off (the backlight stays on).

So I'm guessing a cable is kind of loose. I'm watching this video:



I've done the easy part and opened the back (around 3:10 mark). The question is if I can reach the cable without going further and removing the other parts and if so which cable is it?

The screen cable is one that goes trough the hinge on the top right corner, try to check if it's loose on the motherboard

Thanks I removed that cable and reattached it after cleaning it with some isopropyl and it worked!
