haha I know, but the gateway team always delivers in a gradually slow manner.. -_- but seriously the NA better ship with 9.3+. I only bought an aussie 3ds xl because of that and english menu. The fact that I spent 50-60 USD for expedited shipping pissed me off for this ultra 3.0 beta bullshit.

Well review sites have already obtained NA versions of the N3DS, being so close to the Ambassador release (which arrived with 9.0) I would assume it's safe to say they come with something 9.2 or below.

So far IGN, Gamespot and GameXplain have unboxing videos up. They have the themes button so we know it's at least 9.0 (pretty much a given). We'd need to either have someone enter System Settings or check for a theme shuffle button.

I honestly think it will come out with 9.4 because the monster hunter 4 limited edition bundle comes with the game pre-loaded.
