Same here. It doesn't work.

This is such a confusing thread! The above method works for Gamma, no chip right?

Should I now delete the ios? Or is it ok just to leave them on my Wii?

Why do people have a facination with deleting IOS's ??? dont delete any ios's unless you really need to.

I just tried the game and obviosuly it didnt work - tried installing the 3 wads and it works fine - now i do have a d2pro chip in the wii and im on version 3.3Ev1

Id like to try it on a non chipped wii on ios36 so ill give that a go over the weekend and update on hwo things worked out.

I've tried things on a non chipped wii, and no luck. I installed the 3 wads, set ios36 as the default for the game, and still got the 002 error.

why would you patch to ios36 for an unchipped wii?

for using gamma like it's supposed to be used (unchipped) i would say to try to patch to ios249, if anything...

hear this :

Pal Wii , WiiKey 1.9s , F/W 3.2E
Never installed any CIOS except DVDX (if it counts as CIOS)

NFS brickblocked : black screen on disc channel , blue scree + #002 on GeckOS
Installed IOS55 using Wad Manager : loads seamlessly from disc channel.

Thanks a lot !

I have all the same, but my chip is DC2Key.
Installed the IOS55 and got a black screen, with the error 002, but without the title "002 error", just the text :s

Know what could i do? (freeloader didn't work)

hmmm, didn't work for me with all 3 ios updates and didn't help burning both the 36 ios patched version and the normal 55ios version... i'll try ios downgrader maybe that works... i am on 3.2 but downgraded from 3.3 and never used the ios downgrader, so most ios's are on 3.3 only my menu isn't and the ios the menu uses...

Patching to 36 isn't going to do anything for gamma/softchip. Try patching to 249 (or wherever you have the new cIOS installed to).

I have a theory, and I may be able to fix it in SoftChip. I'll let you know more if it turns out that I'm not an idiot.
