I'm not familiar with Ultra Tuner, but it looks like you're using two different apps/overlays. Maybe that's where the problem lies. I only use Horizon oc and haven't had any problems at all. Also try to check the cpu unlock option under Horizon oc -> settings -> cpu settings -> cpu unlock. After that restart your switch.
