Homebrew netflix would almost certainly be illegal, but youtube is indeed a possibility.

If it's a New 3DS XL, Youtube works from the browser. If it's an older model then I'm not sure what you can do.

its hard to find a video to watch in 3d with my 3ds, is there any gameplay with 3d setting like this?
edit: i found mostly vr games
