Hacking NesDS issues

So I'm having huge problems trying to run NesDS off of an R4i-SDHC every time I boot it up it just freezes, thought it might of been the SD I was using but I've used quite a few new all different classes. It works fine on the R4i Gold that I have but for some reason not with the SDHC version. Could anyone help me out with this as it kinda annoying the hell out of me now

Have you tried reformatting the SDHC card? Is nesDS.ini is the same directory as nesDS? Is there anything else that doesn't work on the R4i-SDHC 3DS?
