Hacking NES Remix loading save issue

I have an issue and I haven't seen it duplicated on the forums but I am hoping that someone else has run into the issue before. When running NES remix us version for the first time, everything loads just fine. If I turn off the machine and try to run it again at a later date, I get a error code 150-3030 after selecting remix 1 to continue where I left off. I isolated the problem to the fact that the existing save is causing the error, because every time I try to go into remix 1 with a save file on the sd card, it crashes with the error but if I delete the save directory and start it fresh, it lets me play again. Does anyone have an idea why the save that is being created is causing an error? I have tried with Loadiine gx2 and 4.1.

Have you read the loadiine compatibility guide?? http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Loadiine_compatibility_list it says about save issues in Nes remix
