I am trying to use NeoGamma but for some reason when i click on it it comes on to the loader screen then just locks up. I have IOS249 Rev17, 3.2U I dont know what I am doing wrong.

Can someone help me figure out why my neogamma is locking up.....once I get to the neogamma screen i cant do anything else.....
