Hacking neogamma gamecube backup problem

Hi i just soft modded my wii everything was going fine in installed neo gamma and cios aimed really for playing back up gamecube games. I burned crazy taxi to disc put it in played fine first time. I then tried another disc it loaded up and booted, and then an ingame mesasage unable to read disc see gamecube instruction book displayed on the screen . At first i thought it was just the disc so i put in crazy taxi again and the same message appears on the screen again after it has loaded. Im using a 4.2e soft modded WII. The only thing i think that was changed from the time the games were working to getting the error message was updating the shop channel ios as i was getting error 002 would this have any bearing on this. Improve your grammar, I can't understand what you're saying. What did you do in between playing Crazy Taxi and another game?
