Hacking Needed Files

I followed Kafluke's guide and it seems it works good so far. Now I want to backup the files needed but Im not sure I should backup all the files on SD card or only .bin files. Here is inside of my SD card. Which files do I need to keep safe? And can I delete the files on SD card after copy them?

copy all those .bin files. merge the mlc bin files with this command in command prompt:

copy /b mlc.bin.part01 + mlc.bin.part02 + mlc.bin.part03 + mlc.bin.part04

you only need part 1 of the mlc now. you can delete the rest of the mlc parts.
