Hardware Need help with wiikey config

when i load the pal config and change the region settings so i can play brawl and save them nothing happens as when i reload the config the its still set so i cant play other region games

any suggestions??

It always reloads the default settings when you check the config disc. But the config is indeed saved.
So the problem isnt from there, maybe you had a bad burn? or bad media
