Gaming need help with ubricking

hi! i have an r4 iii upgrade. Lets say that i installed flashme and then i bricked my ds.
how am i going to unbrick my ds?

I tried many key combinations, but no result. I tried:

A+B+Y+X : two white screens
START+SELECT: loading appears, then disappears and the console hangs (then you see two black screens)
A+B+START+SELECT: stuck at loading screen (i only see the word "Loading'' for ever!)

Plz help!how am i suppose to unbrick my ds?


NOTE: flashme.nds is in the root of my card

Wait.. isn't it just the R4 that isn't working anymore?
I've had an R4 here a few weeks ago, it was broken.
And that didn't come any further then loading either..
But it DID started the R4..

Did you started the R4? Or is it already stuk in the firmware itself?

My r4 is working great . i am able to play games, listen mp3s, load homebrew and other things. I JUST NEED HELP with flashme
