Hacking Need help with R4 card?

I just got my R4 card, and I dont know how to set it up in my 3DS.

Can someone please help me?

Hopefully, I can use it in my emunand. My sysnand is in 8.1 and my emunand is 9.9

sorry for the late rpely. they sent me another one and thought it would work but it's still the same problem.

I click the Konami Entertainment
Black Screen
White screen
Black screen again.
