I've been out of the wii "scene" for quite some time. I have a softmoded/hardmoded wii. I use neogamma to launch my older games. What is required these days to get a newer game liek skyward sword up and running.
Thanks.

First, update your USB Loader. I recommend WiiFlow or CFG USB Loader. (If you're playing from USB, if not, then keep using NeoGamma)

Then, install the latest D2X cIOS (you can get this in the sticky about it)

Burn/Add the game to your uSB and play.

Basically all there is to it. Some games require a bit of tweaking to work, but if you get one of those games, ask here and we'll help :)

What about Skyward Sword then, tweak-wise? Updated to all the latest but the game's currently resetting back to the Wii menu on boot (running from DVD in Neo Gamma). I've read elsewhere on here that it's likely to do with the Motion Plus movie - is this a common complaint? Any other suggestions that might help? Thanks!

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
