Hacking Need help transfer my Desmule Save File to my R4?

Hey guys, so after hours of research on google I simply cant come to a solution.
I loaded my R4 Savefile of Pokemon SoulSilver to DeSmuMe 0.9.11 to speed up the process of leveling.
But after that I cant really use the Desmule Savefile to transfer it back to my R4.

What I tried till now , was ..​

- Using some converter to convert the .dsv savefile to a .sav file which didnt work (every converter I used stopped working when selecting where I should save it)

- Since I imported at first my savefile to DeSmuMe , I cant export the backup memory , cuz its the savefile with my old pokemon stats and everything , not one of the Desmule saves.

Make sure you aren't using save states... if you save using the normal method, exporting the backup memory will be the right save file...

I know, i do it on a regular basis with the mystery dungeon explorers of sky save, pokemon black, soul silver etc. On my acekard and r4i

Yeah I didnt save properly through the game just through the save states, my mistake.
