Hacking Need Help on wii with v4

Is there any way to downgrade or install the homebrew channel on a wii running v4 firmware. I ask this because i have heard there are ways then i heard that there is not, will i will leave it up to you guys just plain out tell me if there is or if there isnt. and if there is could you give me a bit of a tuitorial? no need to hold on the computer terms i know them thx you guys

downgrade is possible if you have HBC/Preloader and a cIOS installed
