Gaming need help on finding a particular AR code for Soulsilver

Hello guys. im looking for an Action Replay code for Pokemon Soulsilver that could allow me to turn my regular pokemons into shiny pokemons. i know where to find a "wild shiny pokemon encounter" code but what i am unable to find so far is one that can actually turn an already caught NORMAL one into a SHINY one. could you help me on this?
