OK so I downgrade my 3ds with plaisysupdater. Everything when well then when it reboot it shows a blank screen.

Have you taken out the sd card? You could also try booting recovery mode.

-Turn off the 3ds
-Take out your SD Card
-Turn on the 3ds
Does that work?

If it doesn't work try holding A+R+L+Up while booting.

Lol glad it works! The sd card is usually the culprit nowadays.
