ROM Hack Need help making cia movies for 3ds

I really need some help, I see in multiple places that I need a cia for Luigi's mansion 2 3d trailer, but everywhere I look it is non-existent I really hope someone can help me I've been trying to make a cia movie for a week with no success, I read somewhere that I was supposed to use ciangel to get it but ciangel appears to be dead, any and i mean any help would be very, very much appreciated

well. search google. If your wanting the cia or files its against TOS to ask for them here or in PMS.

Can you give me an idea of where to look? I've tried google but all I get are youtube trailers
