ROM Hack Need help installing Tr4sh mod for ssb

So I was looking around and I recalled that you could install mods. So I looked up a guide and did it, the problem is once I launch SSB from ModMoon nothing seems to be changed everything is normal I will add the way that I have my files set up. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
