i need help.i wantes to go to the third badgeleader,but a girl block in front of the door,and if i go north the Sudowoodo is there,but i havent got the Squirtbottle,this item i'll get it first,when i defeat thy gym.so,what schould i do???

Go to the Radio Tower and talk to the desk lady on the far right.
The answers are: yes, yes, no, yes, no. [I think]

Then the Gym leader will go back to her gym and you can battle her.
