Yes thats my network card, im downloading it

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

@sarkwalvein i installed it and the internet still isn't working. I restarted my pc too. I also installed all of migles drivers
Hmmm... It is more complicated than it looks, it leaves me puzzled.
I hope I could actually interact and see what is the problem on the PC.
Could you take screenshots of the Device Manager list (specially around the Network Adapters branch).
Also, do you even get the typical Wi-Fi connection icon between the task bar notification icons?
Can you select or see any network at all? (I suppose not)

Well... At least your Ethernet LAN adapter (in the mobo) is correctly installed and working fine.
As I can see, your Wi-Fi add-on card is still not recognized.
Go into device manager.
Probably you can access it pressing the WINDOWS+PAUSE keys together and selecting Device Manager on the left pane. Sorry I can't check, right now I'm on MacOS.
Go to the "Other devices" list, and delete everything with a question mark. Then try reinstalling the network driver for wi-fi.
Also, if possible try taking a screenshot of that list on the device manager.
It seems you have many other unrecognized pieces of hardware from your mobo, you should install all drivers for that mobo from here. (please note this will not fix your wi-fi problem, but some other problems that you still don't notice)

Those are the drivers that migles sent and I installed them already. Idk what to do, I need Windows but it's completely useless without Internet.

Will windows update for sure find them?
yes
you will need to connect to internet through cable first, then windows update should automatically install all the other drivers
if your computer has a wireless board or dongle, it will install it as well
usually it works, in case it doesn't we can check that later, but first us the good cable

@migles - I hauled this big ass pc all the way upstairs to my router, found a RGB cord under some boxes, and moved a TV close to my pc and plugged it in. No fucking drivers were found.

Wait, before you unplug your PC...
Install the drivers to tether via USB using your smartphone (if your phone supports tethering via USB; also make sure Wi-Fi is enabled), so you have an Internet connection until you fix the drivers.

If you still happen to be connected to Internet on that PC and if you want me to take a look at it, I could have a look if you give me remote access with e.g. Teamviewer or whatsoever.
Let me know if you want that, I will be around for half an hour more or so.

I went to devices and printers, my pc, hardware, and clicked on the network one that said driver not installed so i clicked search windows update and nothing found.
Wrong, you have to open Windows Update (just search for it in the Start menu). Then check for updates.

Shouldn't the way I did it work, too?.. they're not going to integrate a feature that doesn't work.
Just knowing how whimsical Windows tends to be sometimes I would go to the unrecognized or problem devices (marked with ?) on device manager, completely uninstall/delete their drivers files and remove them from device manager, then update (F5) and wait for them to be detected, and then when it looks for drivers, let it automatically connect to internet and look by itself on Microsoft servers.
But the drastic removing/deleting/update part on Device Manager would be important.

PS: Device manager, not device and printers. You access it through the left pane on the System Properties.
PS2: Don't overestimate MS (or computing all along). Windows can be very broken sometimes, this "wouldn't integrate a feature that doesn't work" never was part of MS philosophy.
