Hacking Need help, fast

My hard drive I use for my Wii games is not detected by my PC. When I try to use it on my Wii, it takes a long time for the games list to appear, and the loader crashes before I can load a game. I have a FAT32 partition. Is there anyway I can fix this.

I have gotten games to boot, however, the load times are terrible and the pointer is very glitchy. I think I have found the problem though. I was copying a game to my hard drive (Namco Museum Remix) when my PC just froze, and thats when my hard drive started acting up. It shows up on CFG loader, file size 0.00GB. When I attempt to delete it, I get error -ret 1.
