Thanks for your reply, but I've looked at this app before and doesn't say anything about FW 4 compatibility... do you know if it can or will it brick my Wii?

All BL work on 4.0 if a cIOS is installed

I'm new to this whole scene, so I'm not so familiar with the terms... Are you saying that in any firmware, all I need to do is install a "cIOS" which will unlock boot loading capabilities of other homebrew apps? If so, will this be the correct cIOS to install before installing NeoGamma? http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=6127

any cIOS will work (so also the one you picked)
but since you won't use USB you can choose for cIOS36r9
and yes, a cIOS will "unlock" any BL
