If you never stated any .cia installation processes, then it should be fine to force-power off and reboot.

Yeaaa, it takes multiple tries to get sysupdater to run. It took around 15-20 reboots to get it to run and downgrade.

If the text isn't corrupted, and you see a list of .cia file names with green "installed" text appearing next to them. If you see that, put the 3DS down and let it do its thing. You'll know it's finished when it says "rebooting in 10 seconds".

Is it stuck like that for more than a minute? If so, sysUpdater failed to start up. You can safely power down and retry.

No. It can simply be any firmware between 9.3 and 10.3. I successfully downgraded my 3DS from 9.8 with no issues.
It's a lie that you have to be on 10.3 to successfully downgrade.

No, you are already fine to go. Remember that you have a folder called "updates" (without "") into the root of your SD. This folder need to contain all the cias of the 9.2 fw, in your case the version for New3ds and probably the U region.

Did you get a partial downgrade or something? Either that, or try replacing your payload with a ROPBIN for 10.2. Name it the same thing that the previous one was, and try launching menuhax after doing that.

Also, use this sysupdater: https://gbatemp.net/attachments/sysupdater-zip.34449/ "safesysupdater" takes some safety measures, but the name is misleading - it's not the safest version of sysupdater for downgrading.

People don't like to Skype for some reason haha but it would help if I had someone walking me through it and me showing them what's going on at that exact moment do you have Skype or something I can show you everything I'm doing?
