You could very riskyily delete with iosuhax but do NOT DO THAT it would almost definitely end in a brick.
So for now my best bet is to just leave it there and lose the space? If it's gonna save me from a brick then it's worth it, just won't be able to get other games I want on it, but I think a working wii u is more important

I had this same issue only on USB, it required a full format, after that it still prompted a corrupted data fix but it completed that in seconds.

I mean, I can format, it's just there's a few games on there like Toki Tori and Toki Tori 2+ that I'd want to keep. D:

It is annoying, but without a decent pc side data manager I think a format is the only way.

Also I believe nus grabber can fix corrupted data tho I have no experience of this, I use easy ticket something and the dumps have worked great ( I had your issues with eur star fox but easy ticket got me a perfect dump)

Pro Tip:install your dodgy dump first to prevent having to install your working dumps again, the Brazilian method is great but not perfect so it still takes some work, the results are worth it.

Edit: There's also a save grabber saviine or something to keep ur toki whatever saves ;)
