that's nfs nitro, a completely not-nfs nfs game.

shift 2 is most certainly not going to be a childish game.
they will go for realistic handling, "legal" street racing, and minimal car customization.

Which is not at all like NFS either. (Not counting prostreet, which IMO sucked as well)

agreed, i hope they re-think the gameplay mechanics and make a good sim-racing this time. Doesn't matter how long they take because i got gt5 to keep me occupied for a very long time.

that's the new hot pursuit.

i don't know how much they'll change, but the original hot pursuit games had no performance upgrades, only the car color could be changed, and the game was pretty much about racing expensive cars while trying to escape the police.

and you could also try need for speed world for the PC.
free, multi-player free-roaming, NFS underground 2 style setting, and police chases.
