Hacking Need for speed jerky video on wii key

Video on the FMV when there is a lot of action video is quite jerky like a lot of frames are being dropped.

mod chip : Official Wii key not a clone
media Verbatim DVD-R AZ0+ 16x

So far everything i have run on it around 10 titles burnt with above media have run faultessly including videos.

Anyone else encountered this issue?
