Ok I have a .cdi file of Soul Caliber and I am using a 700MB CD-R disc. When I burn the .cdi file to the disc and put it in my dreamcast, it reads it as a music disc not a game disc. So,

What program should I use to burn the .cdi image?

What settings should I use with the program (ie, disc type, speed)?

Thanks I wasted like 5 discs already from searching online for solutions but none of them work.

.cdi is a Disc Juggler rip. Disc Juggler will let you reburn it, but i assume there are other programs that'll do it too. I just don't know what.

If you have problems with a file extension, save that site, or google "file extension .XXX" (where XXX is the actual extension). I've used it a bunch, and it'll save from possible "JFGI!!!!!1" flames
