I have successfully installed atmosphere before but i left my switch and it powered off because i didn't constantly charge it. Can anyone tell me what i should do? I'm scared to proceed

You don't need to delete anything. Only if you update to a new atmosphere release.Theres an existing folders that was created by me previously. should i delete them then replace them with newer ones i downloaded?

You should always boot to emuMMC CFW if you don't have a specific reason to boot to sysNAND CFW.which should i choose sysnand cfw or emummc cfw

Charge your switch first.ok i am now booting into emuMMC CFW but cant confirm if im stuck. it shows a splash screen then next a black screen with battery icon. Is this how it should be?

If you have the latest atmosphere release, you can check in the settings if there is a "E" (E for emuMMC) at the end of the version string. Also if you have booted in SysNAND with CFW, it could have left traces but normally you should be fine.ok ive charged it and now i booted into CFW emummc.
