Hacking Need a dol file that boots the moved system menu

I am looking for the following:
a small dol file that loads the moved (by priiloader) system menu
Is there such a thing already of can someone quickly code&compile it?

Well my system setup is like this:
priiloader 0.2 installed with crazy intro 1.0.1 as autoboot and return to autoboot
in crazy intro, i've mapped the normal buttons to several usb loaders
a hidden shortcut is mapped to the system menu. but that shortcut doesn't work. instead of booting the menu, it returns to the crazy intro screen. i think that's because of the 'return to' setting from priiloader. But I want to keep those settings like that, so that other people only can use the usb loaders on my wii. but of course I myself still want to be able to get into the system menu easily.
so i have a dol that boots to the system menu, i can map a shortcut to that in crazy intro
