Well, don't know about NBA Jam but wii party uses IOS56. Since yours is unpatched it will only run the original game. Don't know how DARKCORP patches an IOS, so I think you will need to install it again and test or just run it through neogamma or whatever.

It is easy to install a trucha patched IOS56 (using Multi-Mod Manager), but I don't think it is the only patch DARKCORP uses.

According to the DarkCorp 1.1 changelog, IOS56 v5661 with rev17 DIP, and its base was changed from v5146 to v5661

Reinstalled DarkCorp 1.1 for the 5th time... NBA Jam now works.

Well, it patched IOS56, now it works. Do another syscheck and check yourself.

When you updated your IOS56 to access Wii Shop Channel, it installed a clean one disabling your access to IOS56 based games.

EDIT: Anyway, now you lost access to Wii Shop Channel again xD.
