No, Brain Age: Train Your Brain In Minutes A Day is known as Kahashima Ryuuta Kyouju No Nou Wo Kitaeru Otona No DS Training For Adults in Japan.

And Big Brain Academy is known as Yawaraka Atama Juku in Japan.

Both are already released in Japan.
