Homebrew NDS Local Wireless Emulation

I am aware that we had Wifi Emulation through the use of Pcap but i was wondering if there was a way to emulate the local wireless feature using our wifi nic cards

thanks it would have been sweet if they could because i needed to get my Legit legendary out of my emerald but they stuck on my r4 card lol

Ohh wait, you actually can play multiplayer but local. I thought you asked about if we could play local games online.

On NO$GBA you can load 2 of the same ROM and play and transfer.
And on DeSmuMe you can load the DS pokemon and add a GBA rom as a Card2 game. iirc DeSmuMe works with Harvest Moon DS and Harvest Moon Mineral town so its probably gonna work with emerald and w/e DS pokemon you are trying too.
You just gotta find how DeSmuMe loads the saves, but most likely you just need to put the save in the same folder where it saves DS games.
