Homebrew NDS & GBA games on A9LH CFW

Is it possible to run normal NDS and GBA games on an A9LH CFW?

Dont use a patched firm actually use a cfw like luma3ds and download the ROMs either from that iso site or just form Nintendo CDN using either funkeycia or freeshop
