Hacking NDS capable of reverting to factory settings?

As the topic asks, is it possible to revert the settings of a NDSL to the factory settings?

The only way to clear all the settings is to delete them all yourself, AFAIK.

Just remove the battery for 10-15 seconds and all settings will clear, when you turn on the DS it will run the setup wizard that ran when you first got it.
