I am looking into getting my 3DS modded so I could restore NAND backups. I would also like it if the modder could replace a broken shoulder button and provide a usb sd card adapter that has been modified for exclusive use on the 3DS.

@hundshamer can probably do that for you. You might have to order the shoulder button yourself and send it to him together with the 3DS.

I'm located in France so I think it's too far for you.

Maybe you could ask to @hundshamer to follow this type of installation with solid Micro USB connector + Micro USB modified SD cable : https://gbatemp.net/threads/micro-usb-or-micro-sd-mod-on-normal-3ds.363454/#post-4945027

What is the broken shoulder (trigger ?) button you mean ?
Do you have pics ?
While I was looking into doing thus myself, I tore the ribon cable. :-/ I ended up wanting to outsource this because it is beond my skill level.

What model is it? I'm not sure if we can find shoulder buttons for a n3DS. It's easy enough to find flex cables for the o3DS. PM me and we'll hash out the details.
