I heard that there was a N64 emulator homebrew for DS. If there is one, could someone please give me its name,

thanks,

The DS will never be able to emulate the N64 at a playable speed.

There is no N64 emulator and there will never be one. Sorry

Personally, I think posts that contain the words 'N64' and 'Emulator' in any DS threads should be auto-deleted upon submission.

The N64 is far more powerful than the DS, therefore the DS will NEVER be able to emulate it.

yea there is. its called ds64. its a suber uber emu. 100% game compatibility. no lag. wifi multiplaayer. so amaaaaazing....NOT

are you f'in serious! use the SEARCH function next time. its been asked and its obvious the ds ISNT powerful enough to run any games.

Dont forget 'emulation' and 'gba' as well.

updowners, that's not really sensible. What if the guy discovers an emulator for the iPlayer? Or maybe if he simply would like help with the GBAExpLoader with his expansion pack which he refers to as an emulator.

That is unnecessary, why go at me like that. I did use the search function and was unable to find anything, thus explains my need for asking. This question was not that unreasonable!

Actually its more like trying to get a pint from one pint glass into another while keeping the pint the same shape.

The problem is that the DS IS as powerful as an N64 isn't it? It can give graphics along the same lines making people think it can be emulated which it can't as emulation takes at least 4 times the processing power or something along those lines.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It was. You're asking how to get a gallon into a pint glass. It can't be done.

yeah, but i didn't know each consoles capabilities. Just because it was a noob question doesn't make it unreasonable.

yeah it does make it unreasonable. B4 asking a question use someing called, common sense it helps in life.

If you'd have looked in the emulation section you would have seen a thread about why N64 emulation isn't possible on the DS.
