wii64 is a nintendo 64 emu in development. to play 64 games on the wii you either install the n64 wad or get it from the shop. there aren't many n64 games to get though so far on the VC. so yes wait for wii64 to be finished.

you will need the hbc and wad manager to install wads. if your new to wii modding i suggest you read the stickies posted around this site and sections.

you'll prob need to downgrade than but it's very dangerous and can brick your wii if you don't know what your doing.
