Xbox One is not hackable. N3ds is hackable so I would prefer N3ds if you want to play free games.

If I already had an Xbox One, then a n3ds.

If I had both, neither, I don't care to accumulate more garbage. <- current scenario

If I had neither before... well... based on the one that has more games I would be interested to play, an n3ds.
