But QEH1017 Zelda MM is 9.0 ...

That's odd, because QEH1016 is listed as a Black N3DS on 9.0.

Thats what im saying it seems like the second batch is on 9.4 people have not been buying them as we know they won't have 9.0 - 9.2 that's why there is no info on the list yet.

QEH1016 is a serial number from the first batch of MM LE, same for QEH1017. If you read the main post, you can see that even QEH1022 is safe (MM LE of course). The second batch serial numbers are QEH103X and up.

You need to look at the serial number on the box and thats only if your buying it new

I heard that the Smash LL from Japan was 9.2. but I'm also trying to ask the seller as well. EDIT: They said it was 4902370523058? It doesn't read anything similar on the front page.

thats sounds like a bar code not the consoles serial number

Did you ever find an answer to this? I have one that came with 8.1J, but I'm not sure if they made another batch or something with a higher firmware. It's risky, as I can't send it back if it's too high..
