Hacking N3DS Emnuand without Gateway

I currently have a N3DS running on 9.1xxJ with Pasta CFW. I want to ReiNAND CFW, but how can I get emunand without gateway?

All the tutorials are for the O3DS.

Though in order to do that, you need Cubic Ninja or OoT for that. Those are the only ways that Gateway can load on N3DS right now.

He said he was already running Pasta, so it kind of follows that he has a copy of Cubic Ninja

I don't think you can use emunand on New3DS. They are always saying O3DS.
Probably only CubicNinja can do that.
