This is a really cool idea, and would fit my current menuhax autoboot >> bootctr >>> reiNand stealth build. I already used an image to cover the top screen but bypassing the debug text and lower screen colours is great! It's one of those "why didn't anyone think of it before" things and I'm glad you guys figured it out =)

Any way to do this with themehax payloads? 9.2 themehax payload has better boot rate than 9.2 menuhax payload.

I don't know about this title since it's not New3DS specific, nor does it mention that it hides the colors and text from the payload... but I suppose it's too late to make my own thread, is it?

I did a recreation of one of the "An error has occurred." messages. It can be displayed in place of the white/yellow screen freezes, and if sys/emuNAND with CFW fails to boot.

just tested with CN; it works, but you might want to make it more subtle, like a dark blue someone mentioned earlier. I might be able to try that, hold on...
Just edit menu_payload/menu_ropbin.s Line 156, you have to convert the hexedecimal to decimal, remove 16777216 from that number. Then you have the color "number". Make this patch backwars and you can set any color you like.

To convert from hexbytes to decimal I used this site: http://www.numberplanet.com
Color "number" 's are here: http://www.endprod.com/colors/ (MSAccess)

already got it, and made it a really dark blue (#000004) for testing. I want it so you can see it if it freezes, but hardly noticeable if it flashes by.

MOD: Please change the title to "n3DS Coldboot CFW!"

Thanks to @ihaveamac my dream of "coldboot" CFW is now a reality!
And of course, thanks to @smealum for releasing the sorcecode to ninjhax!

I am using @ihaveamac 's custom menuhax payload, with the black top image.
I am using @cpasjuste 's CtrBootManager, and in the setting put "timeout = 0" and "Default: Reinand"
Lastly, I am using @Reisyukaku 's ReiNand and I removed the splash.bin image!
I can boot into sysnand by holding L at startup, and I can get into CtrBootManager by holding Select at startup.

This has a lower bootrate than normal (~80%), but I suspect this has to do with the 0 timeout in CtrBootManager because if I hold select to get in the CtrBootManager it works every time.

Thank you everyone for your help :D

Here is a video of it in action! (Sorry for the low quality)

Original Post:
Is there any way to stop the colors from flashing on the bottom screen with menuhax? I made my 3ds autoboot emunand, but the colors on the bottom kind of make it look bad. I already use a black image for the top screen, and I made the reinand
splashscreen black.

Wow that's so new.
No wait it isn't.
You can coldboot cfw since menuhax/theme hax was released.
