Hacking Mystery card

Hi, can you help me get my card in working order?

A while back I messed up my DS flash card's microsd card pretty bad.

Unfortunately I got the card second hand, don't have a clue about where it originally came from, what to install, etc, don't even remember what software looked like anymore. I've tried a few things, no success, looks like I'm not figuring this out any time soon.

I've attached:

1) collage of a few of the images I managed to recover from the microSD card
2) photo of the card itself
3) loading screen, for whatever that's worth

It came with a 4GB microSD card originally.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Yeah I went to www.r4isdhc.hk and tried installing the software there, I evidently did something wrong because it didn't work for me.

It seems like it works because you post the pictures. Do you have a picture of the sticker of the card?

There's no sticker.

Is it a different color or is it just me?
