your SD Card got corrupted. Probably you remove it while R4 was doin' a update.

There is only one way to fix it: re-download your kernel.

If freezes in "Loading" you did a big error. you bricked your R4 and there's no way to recover it. your R4 simply is dead.

Just try booting the R4 first, and later, add your DS games again.

Try to format it, or use any tool to fix your SD card, like CHKDSK cmd.

Oh no. Here we go...

You need search youself the roms, Google is your friend. like "Pokémon Pearl ROM" don't ask for roms here.
After downloading some NDS ROMs, simply just copy it to your SD Card. you don't need to do more. Easy and simple.
Did you already tried to boot your R4?
