Hardware My psp has overcharged two batterys now. How can I repair them.

I just got a psp because I heard of the new infinity hack. I have had it for less than a week and its managed to overcharge both the 3.6v 2400 aftermarket battery it came with and the 44$ OEM extended battery that I bought online while i had it connected to a usb. Obviously, i'm F***ing furious. I have been searching all over the net and I can't find any straight information about it. what do i need to do to fix this and what is happening that is not keeping these batteries from overcharging.

I managed to fix it. I took apart the battery and put a christmas light in the two metal strips until it depleted. works fine now.
