This statement isn't exactly true, RAID 0 improve read/write speed but what makes SSD faster than HDD isn't the read/writte speed but the seek time.
Actually, the read/write speed on some SSD (especially the cheaper or olde ones) are much slower than what you would have on a hard drive and they still feel like they are faster because the seek time is below 0.1ms while a HDD will have an average seek time of 8-9ms.

Whatever the reason may be, I will be getting one for OS lol.
Getting 6950 in about 1-2 days. Should get the processor in a few days aswell.

I am still thinking about some parts. Specifically motherboard, like I mentioned.
Also considering lower PSU, as I am not buying 2x6950 right away, and my electricity bill is been a little to high lately lolol. Every little bit helps

Funny thing about CrossFire/SLI setups... you get worse performance in games than you do with single-GPU systems. In CustomPC magazine, after trying all the different graphic card setups available (including quad-GPU setups), they found that best performance came from a single HD6970.

They also did a review into Z68 motherboards. The cheaper Z68 motherboards suffer from slow/buggy EFI (new BIOS menu), poor or average overclocking, and generally slow SATA speeds. The more expensive ones are pretty impressive, but expensive. If you're trying to reign in the budget, the best motherboards are still the Asus Sabertooth P67 (for gaming) and the MSI P67A-GD53 (for overclocking). If you don't care about budget, the Asus Maximus IV Extreme is by far the best. If you really want an affordable Z68 motherboard, look for the Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H. It doesn't have nearly as much features as other Z68 motherboards, but it doesn't cost nearly as much either (although it is a decent overclocker).

At first I was planning on getting away with £700.
But now, I am thinking of £1000 with a 22" Monitor.
That leaves me about £850, excluding the monitor.

What kind o.O? You mean genre? I play everything really.. depending on how good the game is.
But I can give a few examples such as The Witcher 2, Crysis 2, Crysis, Upcoming Stronghold 3, Sims, Battlefield, Elder Scrolls 5 SKYRIM!!!!!
