This is my first time with a card and the M3 seems fine - for games.
Now I am after a movie, just one..so I can see what it is like.
I have found ndsfilm and it has a tonne of videos in dsm format but buggered if I can download them . I have even tried flashget but that doesn't do a thing either (I have Vista if that helps)

Any one know where I can get a demo video, even a music clip in the correct format for the M3real.
What terms would you use to search Google? I am no novice but this eludes me and I don't really want to spend days figuring something out that for you clever people already know. I'm just after some demo video in dsm format to try out.

Music clip? Moonshell supports MP3 so you can just drag and drop those on.

Just find a DPG- or DSM-movie. It'll work fine.

I meant a music video clip - already formatted for the M3real player

Sorry I dont have any links but,

I just wanted to make sure you know that you must have the Slot-2 card to play movies.

You need a slot 2 card to play movies? I thought the m3real could just play them by itself via its media player?

You don't need a Slot-2 to play movies. You can play movies via the Multimedia Player on the M3 Real.

DSM is the format that the M3DSReal's media player uses. Moonshell, a more popular media player, uses DPG. Currently, DPG is still better in terms of quality and relative file size.
